1. What This Software Is

Comment Console is internal software owned and operated by Comercial Fersas SpA (RUT 76.985.852-0), Chile. It is used exclusively by that company to manage comments on social media accounts that the company itself operates.

2. Who May Use It

Access is restricted to authorised personnel of Comercial Fersas SpA. There is no public access, no sign-up, no trial and no licence available to third parties. If you have reached this page looking for a product to use, there is none.

3. No Service Is Offered To Third Parties

This software is not offered as a service. Comercial Fersas SpA does not operate social media accounts on behalf of any other person or company through it.

4. Platform Terms

When using this software against a social media platform, Comercial Fersas SpA complies with that platform's developer terms and policies. Where these terms and a platform's terms conflict, the platform's terms prevail.

5. Personal Data

6. No Warranty Between Parties

Because the software is not provided to any third party, no warranty is offered to and no liability is assumed towards any third party.
